RESOURCES

Adagio by Softtrak

We believe that Adagio is the accounting software best suited for First Nation accounting. It is flexible, offers superb reporting, and is user friendly.

Adagio Ledger provides a complete General Ledger for your organization(s). Batch transaction management ensures only balanced entries are posted to your ledger. Adagio Ledger includes Adagio Financial Reporter, a powerful and easy-to-use financial reports designer.

Adagio Financial Reporter gives you presentation quality drag-and-drop financial statements with just a few clicks of the mouse. This spreadsheet based module is included with both Adagio Ledger and Adagio FX.

Adagio Payables provides complete accounts payable management for your business. Track amounts owed to vendors, improve cash flow by maximizing early payment discounts and speed check production.

Adagio FX gives Adagio Ledger users a way to combine multiple entities into a single financial statement and lets others access their own security controlled financial statements without allowing them access to change the underlying data. If you’re responsible for the integrity of your accounting system and frequently get requests from your program managers for their own financial information, this is a “must have” module.

Ask us about other modules.

ASI’s Top Reasons Adagio is Ideal for First Nations

  1. Reporting. The ease of which it is possible to set up reports that are useful for program analysis and reporting is unequaled in other accounting programs. The further ability to be able to drill down directly from these reports makes the reporting tools of Adagio the gem of the program.
  2. User friendly interface. Training new staff to use Adagio is an easy process since the menus and processes are logical and easy to navigate.  The help menu is context sensitive so the user can easily answer their own questions in most cases.
  3. Top Notch Developer support and Program Enhancements. Softrak offers a support forum that users can avail themselves of for free. They are continually enhancing the modules and listening to and implementing users comments and requests.
  4. Affordability. First Nation clients can have a top notch accounting program at a very affordable price. They only need to purchase the modules that they require for their accounting needs and are able to add modules as needed.
  5. Amazing Feature Set. Almost every report, inquiry or listing can be exported to Excel with the simple click of a button. Budget revisions are made very simple with the ability to import budgets from an excel file. Adagio is compatible with CaseWare so auditors simply need a copy of the data set at year end and their CaseWare can import the data in the format the auditor chooses to work with. Intigrates seamlessly with PayDirt Payroll, an excellent Canadian payroll solution.

Reporting templates for Adagio Financial Reporter

We have developed standard templates that we feel are useful for all First Nations. Ask us about them! If we don’t have what you want we can help you develop a custom report that will suit your needs.
